By registering for an account or using our services, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
SynthAudio provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that utilizes third-party AI APIs (including Suno, Google Gemini, and Ideogram) to generate music, images, and metadata, and uses the YouTube Data API to upload content to the user's linked YouTube channels.
Our application uses YouTube API Services. By using SynthAudio to publish videos to your YouTube channel, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke SynthAudio's access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google Account Security settings.
Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
If you are on a paid subscription tier, you are granted commercial rights to the music and images generated using our platform, in accordance with the underlying API providers' terms (e.g., Suno AI Commercial Terms). Free tier users may only use generated content for non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse our platform or violate these terms.
SynthAudio provides the service "as is". We are not responsible for any copyright claims, channel terminations, or loss of revenue that may occur on YouTube or other third-party platforms. You assume full responsibility for the content you publish.
