Welcome to SynthAudio ("AutoStudio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By registering for an account or using our services, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
SynthAudio provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that utilizes third-party AI APIs (including Suno, Google Gemini, and Ideogram) to generate music, images, and metadata, and uses the YouTube Data API to upload content to the user's linked YouTube channels.
Our application uses YouTube API Services. By using SynthAudio to connect a YouTube channel or publish videos to YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.
SynthAudio is not endorsed by YouTube or Google. Any YouTube name, logo, or brand reference must follow the YouTube API Services Branding Guidelines. You can disconnect a channel in the SynthAudio dashboard or revoke access directly in your Google Account permissions.
Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
If you are on a paid subscription tier, you are granted commercial rights to the music and images generated using our platform, in accordance with the underlying API providers' terms (e.g., Suno AI Commercial Terms). Free tier users may only use generated content for non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. You are responsible for reviewing each video, selecting the correct YouTube audience setting, including whether content is made for kids, and ensuring that published content complies with YouTube policies. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse our platform or violate these terms.
SynthAudio provides the service "as is". We are not responsible for any copyright claims, channel terminations, or loss of revenue that may occur on YouTube or other third-party platforms. You assume full responsibility for the content you publish.
